Jim Redgate Chief Operations Officer
For fifteen years, Mr. Redgate has been involved in the corporate world of sales
and marketing. From 1998 to 2002, Mr. Redgate was employed by Marriott, in Lake
Tahoe, California, and was awarded Sales Executive of the Year for four consecutive
years. During his employment with Marriott, Mr. Redgate successfully led the company's
development team for building various regional sales and product presentation strategies.
From 1995 to 1998, Mr. Redgate was employed with American Ski Company in Dover,
Vermont. During that time, American Resort Development Association honored Mr. Redgate
with the Sapphire Marketing Achievement Award.
From 1992 to 1995 Mr. Redgate was employed by Hilton Hotels as a Regional Sales
Trainer. Mr. Redgate coordinated extensive collaboration with management to implement
continuing education and mentoring programs.
